Our manufacturing plant is equipped with three separate zones, one to process tuna, other for sardines and the third for shrimp and fresh fish. Each zone has its individual cleaning area, which is freshened to maintain and preserve the cold chain of our raw material while processed. Our facilities are equipped with several refrigerated storage capable of keeping more than 1200 tons of raw material at temperatures of -20 degrees Celsius. In addition we count with three quick freezing tunnels with a capacity of 10 tons per meter each and capable of reaching temperatures below -40 degree Celsius, and our total production capacity reaches 120 tons per day. Our plant counts with the latest equipment for processing, a long history of experience in the canning industry and a highly qualified human talent.
